Who am I?
My name is Ilona Pardová and I believe that the journey to consciousness does not begin somewhere "outside", but inside each of us.
But my journey wasn’t always spiritual. Before I fully dedicated myself to energetic and transformational methods, I worked in a corporate environment for over 20 years. There I learned how pressure, stress, and a fast pace affect the body and mind. After a total breakdown and some time spent in the hospital, I began to search for a deeper, holistic approach to human energy and well-being.
Today, I combine my knowledge and experience from corporate with energy techniques, massages, and channeling to offer services that support both body and soul.
Gradually, I discovered methods that made sense to me — not only theoretically, but mainly emotionally. The ones that work with the body, energy, and consciousness at the same time. And I began to study them, try them, deepen them… until they became a natural part of my life.
Today I connect both worlds.
The world of structure and the world of energy.
The reality of everyday life and the subtlety of inner work.
What fulfills me about this job?
What fascinates me most is the moment when a person feels relieved.
When does it breathe differently than at the beginning?
When does something "switch".
It doesn't have to be dramatic. It's often quiet. Subtle. But real.
I work intuitively. Not according to a template. Every person is different, every encounter has a different energy. Sometimes the body needs touch, sometimes space, sometimes a word, sometimes just silence.
Massages, Access Bars, body processes, Akashic records, angelic healing, energy images, or essences — for me, these are not separate “products.” They are different paths to returning to yourself.
Every meeting, every process, and every creation of an image or essence is a sharing of energy, inspiration, and support.
Why do I work with companies?
My corporate experience is a huge gift to me. I understand the pressure to perform. I understand the responsibility. I understand how easily a person's energy can be depleted.
That's why I created the Brain Break program based on the Access Consciousness method - Bars for Business, which helps employees and management release tension, improve concentration, and restore energy - quickly and effectively, directly within the corporate environment.
I want everyone to realize that the energy we bring to work and life is the foundation of everything, and that it is possible to connect it with the body, mind, and soul, even if the day begins with morning meetings and ends with evening reports.
I know how managers think. I know how employees think.
And that's why I can connect both worlds.
My approach
Věřím, že každý člověk má uvnitř sebe moudrost a světlo, a mou rolí je tuto energii podpořit a propojit s vámi.
Nejsem tu proto, abych někoho zachraňovala.
Jsem tu, abych vytvořila prostor. Bez tlaku. Bez očekávání. Bez posuzování.
Pracuji citlivě, jemně a intuitivně, vždy s respektem k vašemu tempu a potřebám. Každý zážitek je unikátní, osobní a transformační.
Mým přáním je, abyste po sezení či spolupráci odcházeli lehčí, vnitřně klidní a otevření dalším možnostem, ať už v osobním, nebo profesním životě.
